Alright, y’all, so I made a blog! I actually started this blog a couple of years ago, but I didn’t have the time to dedicate towards it like I wanted. So I put it on pause, but I’ve always wanted to start it back up.
Now that I’m spending more time at home, it feels like a good time to give it another go! So here we are, with my perfectly imperfect work in progress. I’m still new to all of this, so don’t mind me while I work through all the kinks to get this thing rolling.
Anyhoo, let me be polite and introduce myself properly.
I’m Josie, the self-proclaimed blogger behind The Beachy Peach. I’m a Georgia girl living in Florida. I’m a wife, a first-time mom, and a new stay-at-home mom. I decided I needed a hobby which is why I started this blog.
Why “The Beachy Peach”?
I chose to name this space The Beachy Peach because it feels like the perfect blend of who I am and what I love. I grew up in South Georgia, where we’re commonly referred to as “Georgia Peaches”, and I’ve always loved the beach! Putting those two things together created The Beachy Peach.
The Beachy Peach is a place for me to share the everyday things I love, the things I’m learning, and everything in between. It’s a creative outlet for me to dump my brain and my thoughts. You’ll find posts about motherhood, pregnancy, recipe ideas, travel memories and plans, shopping finds, and whatever else crosses my mind.
But mostly, I’m just here to hang out and have fun.
